Bajaj has now hiked the prices of its motorcycles by ₹2,000-5,000. 2 days earlier, Bajaj slashed the price of Dominar 250 by ₹16,500 bringing the cost to ₹1.54 lakhs. But now, to keep up with the production costs, the Indian two-wheeler manufacturer has increased the prices of other motorcycles.
Motorcycles | Old Price | New Price | Change |
Bajaj NS160 | ₹1,12,000 | ₹1,14,000 | ₹2,000 |
Bajaj NS200 | ₹1,35,000 | ₹1,39,000 | ₹4,000 |
Bajaj Pulsar RS200 | ₹1,57,000 | ₹1,62,000 | ₹5,000 |
Bajaj Avenger Street 160 | ₹1,04,000 | ₹1,08,000 | ₹4,000 |
Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise | ₹1,28,000 | ₹1,32,000 | ₹4,000 |
Do note that all the prices mentioned above are ex-showroom prices. As you can see, Bajaj has hiked the prices of its motorcycles in the range of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000. You will now have to spend more on the Pulsa RS200 than the Dominar 250 making the latter a better choice in terms of engine capacity. The costliest price increase in the range has been given to the flagship model – Dominar 400.
The Bajaj Dominar now costs ₹2,11,575, ₹8,555 costlier than the previous price of ₹2,03,020. Bajaj Dominar 400 was launched back in 2016 with a price tag of ₹1,36,000. What do you think about the price hikes? Do let us know in the comments section below.
