But, it raises a vital question, is Maruti Suzuki facing issues because of the high demand?

Let’s take a look at the previous recalls by Maruti Suzuki:

  • 17,000 units of Grand Vitara, Alto K10, S Presso, Eeco, Brezza, and Baleno were recalled due to airbag control unit issues.
  • In December last year, over 9,000 units of the Grand Vitara, XL6, Ertiga, and Ciaz were recalled due to a defect in the front seatbelt’s shoulder height adjuster assembly.

The company states that the shortage of electronic components did impact the production of vehicles. This must have put pressure on the production capacity and affected the delivery schedule.

But, that doesn’t mean that the company is affecting the quality of cars. Maruti Suzuki will be taking all the measures to ensure that if the part is faulty, it will be replaced. Do note that this is NOT A SPONSORED POST AND IS TOTALLY OUR VIEWS ABOUT THE SITUATION AND THE COMPANY.
